Introducing the latest incarnation of H-Point:  The Fundamentals of Car Design & Packaging.  All-new illustrations and revised text mark the completely reformatted and tablet-friendly re-issue of the authoritative resource for automotive design and packaging. Integrated into the curriculum of a vast majority of the world’s leading transportation design programs, H-Point is a proven resource for both students and professionals. The e-book format now allows Curb Industries to offer this crucial material in more than 50 territories at a new low price of $19.99 — and, for a limited time, at an introductory price of only $9.99. While the initial launch is exclusive to the Apple iBook format, support for other platforms will arrive in 2014.

Available now on the iBook store!

H-Point is at home on Apple’s Retina display, which showcases author Stuart Macey’s illustrations in detail which simply can’t be captured in print. The e-book format also brings significant functionality which makes referencing the book’s content easier and more efficient than ever. Highlighting, definitions and note-taking functionality help readers gain the full benefit from the resources at hand, and free content updates ensure freshness as the automotive design process adapts and adheres to new legislation and standards.

Compiled for aspiring car designers and creators everywhere, H-Point provides a unique and comprehensive introduction to advanced vehicle packaging and design. Written and illustrated by Stuart Macey with Geoff Wardle, this book demystifies the automotive design process and allows designers access to an illustrious career’s worth of knowledge.

Stuart currently works as a senior studio engineer in Southern California and teaches vehicle architecture part time at Art Center College of Design. Geoff is Director of Advanced Mobility at Art Center College of Design.

Stuart Macey is available for interviews and/or any support necessary in the publication of news or reviews of H-Point in both print and digital formats.
